"I hadnt ridden in years and frankly was'nt sure what I was looking for. I just knew that I wanted a bike. The sales staff (Laci) was very helpful in selecting just the right bike for me. My wife was interested in getting a bike as well, but wanted something small to start with. Laci could of easily talked my wife into buying a brand new bike that was beyond her capability, but she didn't. She was honest about what my wife could expect from the different bikes and directed her towards the used machines. There she found exactly what she was looking for and could not be happier. When a salesperson passes on the sale of a brand new bike for the safety and satisfaction of a customer, that's what I call service above and beyond. Truly honest and helpful salespeople are what you will find at Alcoa Good Times. Let's face it, you can buy a bike anywhere. "UPDATE - Big Jim is two-wheeling!!! Paul is a miracle worker. His diligence on the phone with banks and the credit bureau has gotten me back on track with my credit. Though the "evil ex" may have almost ruined me, Good Times found a way to make it work. I picked up my new V-Star 1100 Classic Saturday around 2:00. By Sunday evening, I had 250 miles on it. I'm in heaven! It's been a long time since I had my last bike, and I had truly forgotten the freedom it gave me. My old Jeep doesn't even touch what this bike has given me. Paul and the entire staff were beyond 5-Star. What this whole experience has given me cannot be put into a dollar figure. It gave me back my smile, which I had buried with a bitter and unexpected divorce. Thanks to the entire crew for all they have done. And although he wasn't there, thanks to Kevin for his help. (I haven't figured out what he's good for yet, but I'm trying!) I think they keep him around for the giggles. Many thanks AGT, and I'll see you guys soon!"

"I am in the market for my first bike in over 13 years. I just recently, and happily became a divorced man with custody of my two boys (7 and 3) My "ex" ran up a lot of bills during the divorce proceedings and put me in a bind like I had never seen. After four months of starving to pay bills off, I am ready. Paul in finance is in the process now of trying to secure a loan for me. During the process, he is also calling the credit bureau to have my credit score updated. That's what I call "ABOVE & BEYOND" the call of duty. "I was enroute to Mexico on my KLR and my bike was brought in on a hook on Sat. 4/9/05 with a broken shift lever and a burned up clutch. You did not have the parts in stock so you called around and found the parts at another dealer in Oak Ridge. Someone was sent to get the parts and they arrived about 3pm. The mechanics and service manager stayed until I was on the road at 7pm. (normal closing at 5pm on Sat.) This is service above and beyond. Best service I have ever had ANYWHERE.
